Founded in 2025 by Harry Connew.
After spending over
8 years in the IT MSP industry
Harry, the owner, had
had enough of watching MSP’s charging over the
odds for services that clients don’t use or need.
He wanted Clients to feel
heard, listened to,
and to receive the IT support
they’ve paid for.

After some debate
and research
Cognitive IT
was born.
