After spending over
8 years in the IT industry.
He found a lot of IT providers were lacking the personal communication so many clients want and need. The type of communication where if you have an issue you can call and get straight through to a
REAL PERSON.
He wanted clients to feel
heard, listened to,
and to receive the IT support
they’ve paid for.

After some debate
and research
Cognitive IT
was born.
